Ouch, if only I thought to read about this branch on Yelp before ordering a takeaway yesterday (Sunday night).
There was a nationwide deal of £24.99 on dominos where you get 2 large pizzas and 3 sides. Good deal right? It arrived around 30 minutes to an hour later but everything was cold or soggy from the heat inside the box.
My Texas BBQ pizza....didn't come with BBQ dip, even though the white receipt on the pizza box clearly stated BBQ sauce. Nope it came with sour cream dip.
The nanchos whilst having a really good spice, was soggy with the weight of cheese congealed onto it.
Garlic bread pretty tasteless.
Maybe next time I think about getting a takeout, I will either order from another dominos branch, or I will get Papa Johns :( -

I wish I could give this a minus 3 star rating! It was that bad! I was at my friend's house yesterday when we decided to order a pizza .. A thin crust with BBQ base and olives,jalapeños, red onions and chicken ..
Firstly their ingredient list was so limited I almost offered to give them some ingredients from MY own fridge just to help out!! But that's not the worst part! .... When the pizza arrived we paid £16 for 8 slices and oh my goodness gracious me! They used short crust pastry to make the damn pizza base!! I mean can you even imagine something so awful! It was short crust pastry! My friend who happened to be an Italian couldn't even bring herself to look at it yet alone sample the stuff! A waste of money! Never and I repeat never order from this place!!!!! I think they have giraffes running the place because any normal human being wouldn't make pizza with SHORT CRUST PASTRYYYYYYYY! -

THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!
Ive ordered from this store a few times, so its not a one off. But my last experience was the worst ever for ordering a pizza.
The pizza turned up after 2hrs from ordeing and the pizza box had been crushed, crushing the pizza inside. Also the pizza arrived cold!! If youve taken 2 hours to complete a piza delivery order how have you also managed to send it cold to the customer also??
Do yourself a favour and stay clear of this branch!! -

east ham dominos branch is the worse... pizza does not taste good, delivery takes ages

We always, always have problems with East Ham branch. The pizzas frequently go to different address despite the postcode given to them. One time the guy got so lost that he brought the cold pizza over 2 hours later and we had it for free. The quality of staff is egregious.
On top of that, no matter how many times I tick I do not want them to text me repeatedly they always do, despite me ticking the box not by telephone all the time. I had to complain to the head office and cite Data Protection act to stop it. When you ring the branch and speak to the manager he blames it all on the head office and the head office says it is the franchise branch at fault for spamming. I obviously have to give my number because drivers are constantly ringing me unable to find the address. However, Papa John's has no such problems. And arrives faster. I think it is all down to staff in East Ham branch. Really badly run, bad levels of English when there is a problem too which makes it hard to resolve the issue.
I don't think I will ever order with them again.
